"My biggest concern when purchasing graphics is that I am afraid to push makers for exactly what I want, you don't want to reinforce ideas or ask too many questions for fear of being pushy, this is why Ashley is one of my favourite makers, she wants to give you what you want and if its not perfect first time she'll make it so, she's one of the fastest and hardest working icon makers I've ever seen and if she says "it'll be with you Tuesday" it's there monday night, my only qualm is I never have enough icon spaces!"
